Cook’s is headquartered on the north side of Palm Coast, off Palm Harbor Parkway. From there most of the city is a twenty-minute drive, and Bunnell, Flagler Beach and the Hammock are not much further. We don’t keep a storefront for walk-ins; the trucks are the business, so the fastest way to reach us is the phone.
If the house is dangerously hot, especially for an older relative or anyone with a breathing condition, say so when you call. We prioritize those visits.

What should I have ready when I call?
Your address and the section of the city you’re in, what the system is doing or not doing, and roughly how old it is if you know. A photo of the nameplate on the outdoor unit helps too, but it isn’t required.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. The same number takes texts. Include your address and a sentence about the problem and we’ll reply with a time window.
Do you charge to come out?
There is a diagnostic visit for repairs; you’ll know the amount when you book and it’s the same at midnight as at noon. Estimates on new systems are free.
