Built for the way Palm Coast was built
Palm Coast isn’t one kind of house. It’s three or four, laid down in waves. The ITT-era block homes in Palm Harbor and the Woodlands date to the 1970s and 80s and still carry some of their original attic ductwork. The giant 2004-to-2007 build-out filled Indian Trails, Lehigh Woods, Quail Hollow and Seminole Woods with systems that were sized and installed in a hurry. The gated communities along the Intracoastal, Grand Haven and Palm Coast Plantation among them, have larger custom homes with zoned equipment and, often, a second air handler nobody has looked at in years.
Each of those needs a different kind of attention, and we’ve worked inside all of them. That’s the advantage of a company that’s headquartered here rather than running a Palm Coast “service area” from somewhere up I-95.

What we do, in plain terms
Repair. Diagnose and fix any brand, Lennox or otherwise. Capacitors, contactors, blower motors, refrigerant leaks, drain lines clogged by a wet September. We arrive with the common parts on the truck.
Maintenance. Twice a year is right for this climate: once before the March-to-November cooling season, once before the handful of freeze nights that show up most winters. A tune-up here is about more than efficiency. Keeping the coil clean and the drain clear is what prevents the mold and short-cycling that our humidity breeds.
Installation. New systems sized to the house, not to the old nameplate. We’re a Lennox dealer, we install solar-ready and ENERGY STAR equipment, and we’ll walk you through the FPL high-efficiency rebate before you sign anything.
Indoor air. Filtration, dehumidification, duct sealing and cleaning. If the house smells musty by August, that’s a system problem with a fix, not something to live with.
Commercial. Rooftop units, split systems and maintenance contracts for the shops around Town Center, the medical offices near AdventHealth Palm Coast and the restaurants at European Village.
Why this is a local company’s job
A failing AC in Flagler County rarely fails on a mild day. It fails when the dew point is in the mid-70s and the house climbs past 85 by noon. Response time is the service. Our office at 37 Fairmont Lane sits on the north side of the city, which puts most of Palm Coast within about twenty minutes and Bunnell, Flagler Beach and the west-county acreage not far behind.
We’re also family-owned. The person who sells you a system is likely the same person whose name shows up in our reviews, and the technician who installs it will be the one who services it. There is no call center and no franchise.
Financing, agreements and the honest version of both
New equipment is a real expense, so we offer financing with low monthly payments on new high-efficiency systems. The federal tax credit that used to help here expired with 2025, so we won’t put it in the math, and we won’t dress the terms up either.
Our maintenance agreements cover the seasonal visits, put you first in line on the worst days of summer, and come with member pricing on repairs. Ask us for the current details when you call.
Palm Coast homeowners ask us
Do you actually come out at night, or is that a call center?
It’s a real dispatch. The phone is answered around the clock and a technician is sent the same way at 2 a.m. as at 2 p.m. There is no after-hours surcharge, which matters most in July when a failure rarely waits for business hours.
My house was built around 2005. Should I be worried about the system?
You should be planning, not worried. Roughly nineteen thousand Palm Coast homes went up between 2000 and 2009, and the builder-grade systems from that wave are now 18 to 22 years old. Many still run; many are on their second compressor. We’ll tell you honestly where yours sits on that curve.
Does the salt air near the Intracoastal really shorten an AC's life?
Yes, measurably. Condensers along the Palm Harbor canals, in Grand Haven and across the bridge in the Hammock corrode faster than units in Seminole Woods. Coated coils, a rinse schedule and smart placement on the lot all slow it down, and we talk through each one before an install.
Can I get a quote without someone trying to sell me a whole new system?
That’s the whole point of a repair visit. We fix what can be fixed. If the math genuinely favors replacement we’ll show you the numbers, and the decision stays yours.
