A Flagler County company run by the people whose name is on the truck
Jerry sells the systems. Sean leads the technicians. The dispatch board sits at 37 Fairmont Ln on the north end of Palm Coast, not in a call center two counties away.

Where every workday starts
Our address is 37 Fairmont Ln, Palm Coast, FL 32137, which puts the shop just off Palm Harbor Parkway at the top of the city. That location was not an accident. From here a van can reach the canal homes of the C and F Sections in a few minutes, the Hammock Dunes Bridge in about ten, and the newer streets of Seminole Woods and Quail Hollow at the bottom of the city in roughly twenty. Bunnell and the acreage out toward Daytona North are a little further, and we run them every week.
Having the parts inventory, the trucks and the people who answer the phone under one roof inside the city is the single biggest reason our arrival times are what they are.
Two names you’ll hear a lot
Cook’s is family-owned and operated. If you call about a new system you’ll probably end up talking with Jerry, who handles sales and sizing and has walked more Palm Coast attics than most inspectors. If you call about a repair, odds are good Sean, our lead technician, either comes out himself or has trained the person who does.
That matters because of how long systems live here. A Lennox unit installed today in Indian Trails should still be running when the house changes hands. The person who sold it, the person who installed it and the person who maintains it all work out of the same building, and they all know your address.
What a Lennox dealership means on this coast
We’re a Lennox dealer, carrying the Healthy Climate and Ultimate Comfort System lines. For Palm Coast specifically that gives us two things that matter here: equipment with corrosion-resistant coil options for homes near the Intracoastal and the saltwater canals, and high-efficiency models that clear the bar for the FPL residential HVAC rebate.
Lennox is what we install. It is not the only thing we fix. Carrier, Bryant, Trane and the mixed-brand leftovers from a previous owner’s contractor all get the same diagnosis.
Homes and businesses both
Most of our Palm Coast work is residential, and the housing here comes in distinct eras: 1970s and 80s ITT-built block homes in Palm Harbor and the Woodlands, the enormous 2004-to-2007 wave through Lehigh Woods and Indian Trails, and the larger custom homes inside Grand Haven, Hammock Dunes and Palm Coast Plantation. Each era has its own failure patterns, and we’ve learned them one attic at a time.
We also handle commercial HVAC: repairs, maintenance contracts and new installations for medical offices along the AdventHealth Palm Coast corridor, retail at Town Center and the restaurants and shops at European Village.
What we promise, and what we don’t
We promise a person on the phone 24 hours a day, a technician at any hour with nothing added to the bill for nights or weekends, free estimates on new systems, financing on high-efficiency equipment, and a satisfaction guarantee on the work.
We don’t promise a founding date carved in stone or a trophy wall. We’ve been doing this in Palm Coast for decades, long enough that we now service systems we installed for the parents of current customers, and that’s the credential we’d rather be judged on.
Getting to know Cook's
Is Cook's a franchise or part of a national chain?
Neither. It’s one family-owned business with one headquarters, and the decisions about pricing, hiring and which brands to carry are made on Fairmont Lane. Nobody from a corporate office sets a quota for the technician in your garage.
Who will actually show up at my house?
A technician in a Cook’s van, dispatched from the shop on Fairmont Lane; ask when you book who is coming. The aim is for the same technician to see the same houses in Palm Harbor or Grand Haven year after year. [[CONFIRM WITH JERRY: employee vs. subcontractor staffing]]
Do you only sell Lennox?
Lennox is what we install and what we’re authorized to sell, service and warranty as a dealer. For repairs we work on Carrier, Bryant, Trane and nearly any other brand already in a Flagler County home.
Can I stop by the office?
The Fairmont Lane location is a working shop and dispatch office rather than a showroom. Call first and we’ll either meet you there or, more usefully, come look at the house itself.
Want to talk to the owner?
Call the shop. Jerry handles new-system questions personally.
