Every lettered section, both sides of the bridge, and the county beyond
Cook's is headquartered in Palm Coast, so the service area isn't a circle on a map drawn around some distant office. It's the city we live in and the county around it.

Covered from the inside out
The shop at 37 Fairmont Ln is at the north end of Palm Coast, a few turns off Palm Harbor Parkway. Working outward from there, the coverage looks like this:
The original sections. Palm Harbor’s C and F Sections along the canals, where ITT put its first residents in 1972, and the Woodlands between Old Kings Road and Colbert Lane. Older block and frame homes, original attic ducts, and a lot of repair-versus-replace conversations.
The central grid. Indian Trails, Belle Terre, Pine Lakes around the public golf course, Cypress Knoll off Belle Terre Parkway and Matanzas Woods to the north. Mostly 1990s-to-2000s single-family homes, with the busiest repair calendar in the city.
The southern boom sections. Lehigh Woods, Quail Hollow and Seminole Woods, built out heavily between 2004 and 2007. These are the systems failing together now, and they’re the reason our replacement calendar fills from April on.
The gated and waterfront communities. Grand Haven on the Intracoastal, Palm Coast Plantation on Colbert Lane, and Hammock Dunes across the toll bridge. Larger custom homes, zoned systems, condo associations and salt air on every coil.
Town Center and the new subdivisions. Central Park’s mixed-use district, Sawmill Creek in the US 1 corridor and the newer infill. First-season maintenance and builder-warranty work.
Call for service anywhere in Flagler
Beyond the city limits
Bunnell, the county seat, is a short run down SR 100. Flagler Beach, Beverly Beach and Painters Hill sit along A1A to the east. To the west and south are the rural communities: Daytona North and the Mondex on well water and septic, Espanola at the Old Brick Road crossroads, Korona and Favoretta on US 1, Dupont, Bimini and Cody’s Corner out by the preserve land. Each has its own page below with what we see there and how long the drive takes.
Why the map matters
Response time in this climate is the service. A truck leaving Fairmont Lane reaches most of Palm Coast in under twenty minutes and the farthest corner of the county in about forty. The area pages below give the detail for each place: housing era, the failures common there, and what to expect when you call.
Coverage questions
Do you treat the Hammock and Hammock Dunes as part of Palm Coast?
Yes. The toll bridge is a few minutes from the shop, and the oceanfront condos and estate homes on the other side are on the same dispatch board as the rest of the city.
Is Flagler Beach covered even though it's a separate town?
It is. Flagler Beach, Beverly Beach, Painters Hill and Marineland are all within a half hour of Fairmont Lane and are served the same way as a Palm Coast address.
How rural does the coverage go?
All the way to the county’s western edge: Bunnell, Daytona North and the Mondex, Espanola, Korona, Favoretta, Dupont, Bimini and Cody’s Corner. Those are longer drives, and we schedule them in clusters so no one waits.
- Palm HarborThe C and F Sections are our home turf. Canal-side condensers, original attic ducts, minutes away.
- The WoodlandsBL Section wooded lots and Palm Coast Plantation along Colbert Lane. Shade helps, pollen and old ducts don't.
- Indian TrailsB Section and Belle Terre: the middle of the city, and what a repair visit there looks like.
- Matanzas Woods & Pine LakesNorth Palm Coast: the L and W Sections, the old golf-course streets and the new rooftops along US 1.
- Grand HavenGated, golf, Intracoastal. Larger homes with more than one system and a salt problem on the river side.
- The Hammock & Hammock DunesA1A from the bridge to Washington Oaks. Oceanfront condos, estate homes and the fastest coil corrosion in the county.
- Town Center & Cypress KnollCentral Park townhomes, apartments and the E Section fairway homes off Belle Terre. Bill-driven calls, fast fixes.
- Lehigh Woods & Quail HollowBoom-era south Palm Coast: the R Section and the K, Z and LL Sections, where the systems share a birthday.
- Seminole WoodsThe far south end: larger lots, a rural feel, and more new construction than anywhere else in the city.
- Flagler BeachBeachside cottages and condos across the SR 100 bridge, plus the mainland side along John Anderson Highway.
- Beverly Beach to MarinelandThe quiet stretch of A1A north of Flagler Beach: Beverly Beach, Painters Hill and Marineland, all on one route.
- BunnellCounty seat on US 1 and SR 100. Old downtown houses, new subdivisions, county buildings, and Haw Creek's flood memory.
- West FlaglerAcreage country west and southwest of Bunnell: Espanola, Bimini, the Mondex and Cody's Corner, on wells and long driveways.
- Korona, Favoretta & DupontThe US 1 corridor south of Bunnell: three small communities, mostly package units and acreage homes.
